The spacious rooms provided a comfy haven to unwind after food adventures, and the gorgeous inner courtyard pool was a fantastic spot to relax.

Now, about that bathroom—definitely could use some TLC! The mold around the faucet and shower curtain was a bit of a downer, much like waiting over two hours for hot water.

The inner courtyard pool ☀️ was a delightful escape! However, I found the lunch menu a bit lacking. Also, the long walk to attractions wasn't ideal, though the staff were super helpful with cabs. Overall, nice vibes!

The beautiful inner courtyard pool was a delightful escape after long days of exploring. The staff genuinely cared, making us feel welcome with their attentive service and smiles.

However, the internet connection was frustratingly unreliable—essential for planning our excursions. We also noticed some areas felt a bit worn, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

For quick cab service, always ask the front desk, they were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting us around town.

A fridge would have been nice!!! The bathroom was old with mold and cleanliness lacked attention!!! The long wait for room cleaning was frustrating!!!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old city, Paseo Montejo, and the beautiful San Bernardino Convent. Our Deluxe Room with two double beds was clean and relaxing, and the inner courtyard pool provided a great spot for our kids to play. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us with any requests.

Unfortunately, our toilet didn't flush properly, requiring frequent adjustments.
